My fave part is when the anchorman asks, “And can we zoom in further than that?” And the reporter says, “No.” The anchorman asks “Why not?” And he responds, “Because I’m scared.” 😂😂

Here’s to remembering the bigger picture. If you want to zoom in further, I’m not scared. It’s what I do for a living. 😁

To all my queer, brown, indigenous, female, immigrant, and marginalized friends: I understand if you woke up today with a sense of dread and fear. Dread for the hateful rhetoric we may endure over the next four years; fear for the loss of our rights and protections; and for some, fear of violence—even for our lives. For many today is a day of grief. You have every right to feel this way.

This storm is a wild one, and can feel terrifying at times.

While I wish I could wave a magic wand to make it all better, I promise you that we will endure and thrive again. In fact, we’ll evolve at an accelerated rate. Remember, you are not alone. You are never alone. We have resources and loved ones who will stand by our side. We have our soul team on the ready.

To all my friends and allies of the marginalized: please check in on your loved ones. Offer them a hug, a compassionate ear, and words of encouragement and support. Be their safe harbor.

Remember that the grand cosmic disco has a way of making things feel unbearable just before the best is revealed. In fact, you were made for these times!

I had so much fun with @orionsongcatcher last night taking in the magic of the Jenowe Show at the incredible @mingtoygallery! 🎨

It’s been a hot minute since we walked @bffomaha. And what a perfect night to come out on Dia de Los Muertos. 💀🌸

We were blown away by the Jenowe art including my ever so talented soul sister @jwjenowe as well as the fab @davejenowe paintings and the wow of Jack Jenowe’s work. The art will be there all month. You really must check it out. Be sure to look for the hidden gems in Julie’s tumbleweeds. ✨

In our current myth of normal, dreaming in sleep is the only place we give permission to explore the imaginal realm. 😴

In sleep, we use more of our brain as we let go of the daily active brain wave states we’re used to. 🕺🏻

This allows us to heal physically, but also spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. We REST-ore. 😴

With our minds quieter as our body rests, our soul has an opportunity to do some incredible astral adventures that further our evolution. 🤩

There’s so much happening while we sleep. Even if we don’t remember, the adventures, the healing, the processing is there. 🛌

What happens when we say yes to our innate gift of intuition & imagination while awake? 🤷🏽‍♀️

When we allow our intuition to fuel our imagination, we enter the next stage of our human evolution personally and collectively! 🌈

We collaborate consciously with the quantum soup we’re made of. Some call it adamantine intelligence. You might call it something else. My friend @samanthagoesthere calls it diamond juice. 💎

We can pluck ideas out of the morphogenetic field — another word for the first internet. We then toss ideas into that field for others to utilize and share. 🍎

This is an energetic field of collective intelligence that our current tech (internet, AI) is trying to mimic. 🌈

If you don’t remember your dreams, know this: you do dream! With practice, you can learn to trust their medicine and messages! 🦄

If you only allow your inner voice to come through in your sleep, know this: your inner space wisdom awaits. Discover the immense power on the other side of your conditioned resistance. 🌈

Learn to manifest from multifaceted multidimensional wholeness rather than unconscious narrow fear. 🌈

Yep, you do have a multidimensional portal just above your head — it’s one of your energy centers! It takes some training to open it and use it. 🌈
