We work with you to make our private sessions, online courses, and events your most joyous experience possible. We understand that life happens. Therefore, we offer you our Cancellation and Refund policy along with our notice of photography, audio & video recording.
Cancellation and Refund policy
Private Sessions*
We will always try and accommodate your needs, however, we ask for 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking. If cancelled with 48 hour notice, we happily refund your money.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your session, we retain the full amount. If you are a “no-call,” or “no-show,” on the day of the session, we retain the full amount of the session.
Online Courses & Events
Because online courses are digital, all purchases of the online courses are strictly non-refundable.
Two & Three Hour Events*
We refund cancellations in full if notice is received 24 hours or more notice in advance of the event.
Any cancellations we receive with less than 24 hours-notice in advance of the event will not be refunded.
Day Long & Weekend Workshop/Retreats*
We refund in full all cancellations we receive 7 days or more in advance of the event.
We do not issue refunds for any cancellations we receive with less than 7 days’ notice in advance of the event.
4+ Day Retreats*
Longer form retreats (4 days or longer) involve higher expenses and a limited number of spots. As a result, we refund half of the event fee for cancellations we receive 30 days or more in advance of event.
We do not issue refunds for any cancellations we receive with less than 30 days’ notice in advance of the event.
*We handle emergency cancellations, quantum worm holes, and singularity events on a case-by-case basis.
Notice of Photography, Audio & Video Recording
When you enter an Illuminating Hearts (IH) event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by IH and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar IH events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities and gifts of IH. Upon entering the event, you release IH, its illuminators and collaborators, and each and all persons involved, from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by IH or the person or entity designated to do so by IH.
