Refund & Cancellations
Digital Products and Online Courses
We cannot refund digital goods and/or online courses, due to the nature of digital data.
Physical Products
We process all requests for refunds and/or cancellations within 5 business days. With the presentation of a sales receipt or order confirmation, we are happy to refund any defective physical goods bought from the Illuminating Hearts Shop within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with any requests for refunds.
Delivery
Digital Products
Once we confirm your purchase payment, we deliver Digital products immediately into the My Account section of this site. They will be available for download in My Account.
Coursework
If purchasing a course, some or all content may only become available on a date as specified in the course description.
Physical Products
We will ship Physical Products within 48 hours of confirming inventory availability via United States Postal Service.
Collection of Personal Information & Payments

We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, and Square depending on the product, session, or event.
