We automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software by the systems Illuminating Hearts uses. When you submit a contact form or Heartifact Coaching intake form, we capture personal data in the form of name and email. We keep contact form submissions for 5 years for customer service purposes. We do not use the information submitted through the forms for marketing purposes.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We keep contact form entries for six months, analytics records for a year, and customer purchase records for ten years.

If you leave a comment, we retain the the comment and its metadata indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
