Celebrate Love

In a month that culturally celebrates the heart and love, Illuminating Hearts is bringing you a sound immersion experience to help you drop into your heart and love yourself up. Astara and Orion stream online a beautiful Sound Alchemy recording where the delicious sounds of our instruments pour into you generating a vibrational field upgrade and heart opening. This Sound Alchemy online event is a song of celebration inspired by Ilona Holland’s (owner and founder of Life Dimensions by Ilona) birthday and personal new year. Because her birthday falls between both the Gregorian Calendar and Chinese new year, it is a wonderful time to tap into the personal and collective new year for each person. When we “level up” in the new year (whether personal or global new year) we can alchemize the year before and honor the newness we are emerging into.

Unwind into Love

When we are stressed, overwhelmed and afraid for extended periods of time we can weaken our system and ultimately lead to the breakdown of our immunity and our ability to heal. And this past year has given us more stress and overwhelm than usual, so we all need to unwind a bit. We are multidimensional and multi-layered beings, and so it is best to unwind at multiple levels. Timeline:

• Before streaming the Sound Alchemy recording Astara and Orion will discuss why sound healing and soul alchemy is so beneficial. We teach breath and toning techniques to prepare you to be receptive to the healing gifts of intentional sound.
• We stream the Sound Alchemy recording for 30 minutes.
• After, we will have time for the community to share about their journey inside the sound and ask questions about their experience, instrumentation, and anything else that arises.

While enjoying the Sound Alchemy recording, we highly recommend the following:

1. Use headphones or earbuds. To get the most out of your listening journey, use over the ear headphones or quality earbuds.
2. Sit or lie down. We recommend you listen to this Sound Alchemy medicine while resting. It is best to listen to this soul song while sitting, or even better, lying down. Do not listen to this while driving or using heavy machinery.
3. Listen at least once with your eyes closed. This will help you turn off your mind to drop in deeper into the sound and receive the energy transmission fully. Where is the Zoom link to the online event?

Once you register at Eventbrite, you will have access to the Zoom link to use to access the event.

When does the event start? Do I need to sign in early?

The event begins on 2/13/21 at 12pm Central Time. Please sign in if you can 10 minutes in advance so you can iron out any technical difficulties that might arise. This way we can start closer to the intended event time!

Are there minimum age requirements to participate in the event?

As an event geared for deep soul work and meditation, we recommend ages 12 and up. Other ages may attend at the parent or guardian’s discretion. Please feel free to contact Illuminating Hearts for more information or if you have questions.

If I cannot attend the Zoom event live, will there be a recording?

Yes! If for some reason you cannot attend the Live Zoom Sound Alchemy Session with Astara & Orion, we will be recording the zoom event and posting a link to those registered so you have access to watch later, at your own pace.

What’s the refund policy?

We do not refund online events due to digital nature of the event and access to the online link once registered. We handle emergency cancellations, quantum worm holes, and singularity events on a case-by-case basis. Read our full event policy.

Will there be filming or recording during the course?

Yes. When you enter an Illuminating Hearts (IH) online course, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording will occur within the online course platform or during Zoom live sessions. Read our full event policy, including a notice of filming, video and photography. Upon registering and entering in the online course, you agree to our event policy and effectively release IH, its illuminators and collaborators, and each and all persons involved, from any liability connected with filming or recording. You also waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties associated with the recording. Our intention for filming and recording is to harvest beauty for the world.
