Gong Meditation: February Flow

Astara and Orion of Illuminating Hearts bring you an incredible evening of resonance and meditation to help you surrender to the flow state that is your inheritance. Experience the magic of the gong as you deepen into the Tao (which translates as the path).

We start our time out together embracing the paradox of who we are; we are infinite inside of the finite, we are the quiet center inside dynamic movement. As we invite the right inner conditions through meditation and personal awareness, we surrender to the center of ourselves and return to our own eternal flow. We lead the group through a gong immersion experience to support you while you meditate. Orion and Astara encompass you in layers of organic resonant medicine. Appropriate for all levels of meditation knowledge. Bring a friend!

Dress comfortably. As an event for meditation, children aged 12 and up may attend to maintain this atmosphere. We will provide loaner Mindfold eye-masks for those who prefer to cover their eyes during meditation. Chairs provided, feel free to bring a favorite sit pillow/zafu/zabuton if you prefer.
