When life gets noisy, sometimes the best thing you can do is tune inside and listen to you. The instruments help dissolve the noise inside you that is not you, allowing more flow and ease in your system.

As an event for deep relaxation and meditation, children aged 12 and up may attend to maintain this atmosphere.
