Join us on the magical Fall Equinox Solstice (in the Northern Hemisphere) to celebrate the harmony of day and night with our luscious holistic organic Sound Alchemy.
Our cathedral of sound is sonic architecture for you to turn inward and reconnect to the magnificence of your body and soul. The instruments help dissolve the noise inside you that is not you, allowing more flow and ease in your system. Our vibrational medicine acts as an attunement, bringing you into accord or sympathetic relationship with the frequency of love, peace, trust, beauty, truth and harmony within. Our resonance time machine opens you to the multi-dimensional nature you are, allowing you to access the quantum field in a clearer way.

Dress comfortably. Bring your favorite yoga mat/blanket/bolster/pillow to make a comfortable nest. If you have attended an Illuminating Hearts sound immersion before, please bring your mindfold/eyemask. If this is your first one, you will be provided one! As an event for deep relaxation and meditation, children aged 12 and up may attend to maintain this atmosphere.
Sound Alchemy is an organic, restorative, multi-instrument sound immersion time machine. Our sonic architecture, the “cathedral of sound”, creates a supportive space for you to renew yourself. We pull from over 100 instruments representing musical traditions from around the world, such as the gong, didgeridoo, flute, drum, shruti box, singing bowl, hand pan, bell, voice, and more.
Organic sound means no digital compression or amplification, so the sound comes to you in full frequency. Like a musical instrument, you can fall out of tune and our organic sound tunes you up again. Our sound stimulates vagal nerve tone, fosters the parasympathetic nervous system, increases heart rate variability, promotes gamma waves of the brain which in turn expands the senses. Our holistic sound provides an antidote to the over-stimulation and dissonance of our modern world, acts as a vibrational massage at the cellular level, and creates a state of coherence as your mind, heart and body work together again in harmony.
