What is this course about?

This four month series provides a spiritually grounded way to tap into the deeper currents of energy to reveal your wholeness. The spine of the course is built on the powerful Energy Codes so you can explore the human energy fields, the energy centers in the body, and their influence on creative capacity and physical healing. Additionally, you will learn pragmatic wisdom from Heartifact Archaeology and Heartifact Coaching for mental health, soul support, and emotional resiliency in the chaotic times we find ourselves in.

This course offers a detailed road map to activate untapped energy and neurocircuitry in your body and field to build energy intelligence and help you experience deep healing in all aspects of your life. Understand your own story through the lens of energy intelligence so that you can enjoy felt, experiential shifts that transform your relationship to your body and your world, and thrive from the inside out. Course Investment:

We are providing this course at a sliding scale from $150 to $299 to make this as accessible as possible. If you have the funds, we request that you pay full price of $299, or if you are economically impacted we provide you with a lower price option. We also have scholarship spots that you can purchase for someone else.

Registration required. Once you secure your spot via Eventbrite, we will email you access links to the course separately from within the online platform a few days before course start. The introduction module is available upon sign in. The Quantum Flip module is released on 2/15/21 at 9am as an asynchronous course you can watch at your own pace from home. Each module is released biweekly on Monday at 9am. Learn the module at your own pace across two weeks. Astara will host a live video call biweekly with the course community the following Wednesday (10 days into the module). If you miss the review session, no worries! Live Energy Transmission + QA Sessions with Astara (Biweekly Wed 7-8pm):

The live review session with the cohort community occurs 10 days after the module start. During the live session Astara provides a guided meditation + energy healing transmission for the group gathered, as well as answer any questions about the Energy Codes practices that might arise in between modules.

Astara (she/her/hers) is co-founder of the company Illuminating Hearts and has dedicated her life in service to soul evolution, nature intelligence, and the wisdom of the heart. As a renaissance human she knows we are actually verbs, not nouns — she playfully holds multiple titles including illuminator, soul coach, songstress, artist, writer, poet, Jedi, sound dealer, biomusicologist, scholar, dancer, pragmatic mystic, architect, and many more. Astara is the first and only Certified Facilitator of The Energy Codes in Nebraska and is also an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church. She has over 22 years of experience in metaphysics, intuitive spirituality, sustainability, architecture, and wellness.

Astara shares a diverse body of soul knowledge in her healing work and thought leadership, woven out of an eco-system of psycho-spiritual disciplines from mysticism to sustainability. She brings a cross-cultural approach to shamanism and nature-based healing wisdom with training from multiple traditions from Peru to Hawaii. Astara is a spiritual channel and soul guide helping others illuminate their soul esteem through Heartifact Archaeology and Coaching. Astara knows that life emerges from the infinite sound stream that has no beginning or end, and with her partner Orion brings sound and soul healing to the world through their Patreon Retreat Center online.

FAQs

Where is the link to the online course itself?

Once you register at Eventbrite, you will get a separate email that provides you with a link for you to register and log in to the course with Cohort 2021 a few days prior to course start.

When does the course actually start? Is there a course kick-off event at the start time?

The course begins on 2/15/20 at 9am. This is when the first module is released to the registrants. There is no specific event at this time. The first Zoom review session with Astara and the cohort is 10 days after the course start. This course is asynchronous and intended for you to take at your own pace from the comfort of your home.

Are there minimum age requirements to participate in the event?

As a series for deep soul work and meditation, ages 18 and up may attend. If you have a special circumstance or attendance request, please contact Astara.

If I cannot attend the Live Q&A biweekly sessions, will there be a recording?

Yes! If for some reason you cannot attend the Live Zoom Energy Transmission + QA Sessions with Astara, we will be recording each zoom session and posting it to the course community so you have access to watch later, at your own pace.

Do I need to read the book?

The Energy Codes book is not required for this course, but is highly recommended. Purchase your own book directly at Amazon.

What’s the refund policy?

We refund in full all cancellations we receive 7 days in advance of the series start. Any cancellations we receive with less than 7 days notice in advance of the event will not be refunded. The class series package is non-refundable after 2/8/21. We handle emergency cancellations, quantum worm holes, and singularity events on a case-by-case basis. Read our full event policy.

Will there be filming or recording during the course?

When you enter an Illuminating Hearts (IH) online course, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording will occur within the online course platform or during Zoom live sessions. Read our full event policy, including a notice of filming, video and photography. Upon registering and entering in the online course, you agree to our event policy and effectively release IH, its illuminators and collaborators, and each and all persons involved, from any liability connected with filming or recording. You also waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties associated with the recording. Our intention for filming and recording is to harvest beauty for the world.
