Split Gallery is bringing Illuminating Hearts for a special interactive Sound Alchemy event called See Within: InnSaei. The evening will be a sound journey combined with audience participation, all designed to spark your creative energy and trust your inner voice. Astara and Orion will be co-creating sound with you inspired directly by your intentions, blessings, ideas, and prayers shared. We will then have time after to journal and discuss what emerges…insights, poetry, visions, and dreams. Bring yourself, items for a comfy nest, a state of inquiry and curiosity, a journal, and a pen.

InnSaei is the Icelandic word for intuition, which has many more evocative layers of meaning than its American English counterpart. One of those meanings is to see within. Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

As an event for deep relaxation and meditation, children aged 12 and up may attend to maintain this atmosphere.

What can I bring into the event?

Dress Comfortably. Bring a journal and a pen! Bring your favorite blanket, yoga mat, pillow, whatever you need to make a comfortable nest. If you have attended an Illuminating Hearts sound immersion before, please bring your mindfold/eyemask. If this is your first one, you will be provided one.
