Come and drop into the rhythm of your heart, of life, of the community. Illuminating Hearts and Hearts Unleashed are co-hosting an ongoing drum gathering. Entrain back to the vibration of the earth and your body for better health. Energize and move some much needed energy before your NEW YEAR! If you feel like shaking your groove thing to the drumming, shake it. We will provide over a dozen drums and rhythm makers of different types. Bring a drum if you have one. No drum experience necessary!
We will also provide a supported dream journey to round out your evening with us. Beginners and advanced journeyers welcome. We will give basic instructions for those new to the experience.

- 6:15pm-7:00pm: Group Drumming (all gathered)
- 7:00pm-7:05pm: Break
- 7:05pm-7:25pm: Dream Journey & Meditation (led by Illuminating Hearts & Hearts Unleashed)
- 7:25pm-7:30pm: Close
Is registration required? How much is it?
No registration required, just show up. The drum gathering is $10 and you can pay by cash or credit card at the door.
Please arrive 10 min early. You can show up late up to 10 min after start time if needed. We will lock doors at 6:10pm.
This drum gathering will repeat the last Sunday of each month. We will continue to update our events calendar if the date shifts.
Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Children aged 9 and up may attend both the community drumming and meditation portions of the event. However, in order to maintain an environment conducive to meditation, we ask that children must be able to remain quiet during the meditation. The meditation is optional and there will be opportunity to leave between these two aspects of the event if necessary (at 7pm).
What can I bring into the event?
Bring a drum or another percussive instrument you think would add to the mix, if you have one!
Will there be filming or recording at the event?
When you enter an Illuminating Hearts (IH) event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Read our full
event policy, including a notice of filming, video and photography. Upon entering the event, you agree to our event policy and effectively release IH, its illuminators and collaborators, and each and all persons involved, from any liability connected with filming or recording. You also waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties associated with the recording. Our intention for filming and recording is to harvest beauty for the world.
