Breath Alchemy
First, Frank leads you through Ecstatic Breathwork — simple breathing exercises to help you drop deeper into your body’s intelligence, while Orion and Astara co-create vibrational medicine to support you. Hit “reset” and explore the power of breath through pranayama and guided meditation. Journey inward, attune to love, and surrender to the mystery.

Soul Connection Hypnosis
Next, Annie guides you into your subconscious with sound support from Illuminating Hearts. Hypnosis is a powerful tool for change. Accessing your subconscious reveals treasures hidden from your conscious awareness. You are fully aware and in charge while Annie guides you to find answers to your questions and healing for your soul. There is no end to what you can be, how you can feel, and how much connection you can have in your relationships. We only know what we know, but there is so much more!!

Sound Alchemy
After, Astara and Orion of Illuminating Hearts create a multidimensional sound journey to help you integrate all the beautiful soul healing you just experienced through ecstatic breath and soul hypnosis. Sound Alchemy helps you dissolve the noise inside you that is not you, allowing more flow and ease in your system. Our resonance time machine opens you to your multidimensional truth, allowing you to access the quantum field and your soul in a clearer way.
