Astara writes in How the Stars Tell Time\, “Listening to the subtle cues of our body is necessary to have a better dialogue with our soul. Working directly from the larger electromagnetic field of the heart and the abundant nerve count of the gut sounds like soul-aligned intelligence to me.” The multi-frequency magic of the gongs helps dissolve the noise in and around you\, helping you surrender to the wisdom of your core creating coherence and flow in your system. \nWe lead the group through a gong immersion experience to support you while you meditate. Orion and Astara encompass you in layers of organic resonant medicine. Appropriate for all levels of meditation knowledge. Bring a friend! \nPre-registration encouraged. Check in time 2:45pm.
