DESCRIPTION:“Let the instruments dissolve the noise inside you that isn’t you\, allowing more flow and ease in your system.” – Illuminating Hearts\n \nOrion and Astara of Illuminating Hearts return to Bancroft Street Market  for a special restorative soundscape created in a beautiful spacious room that allows you to explore\, receive\, and enjoy the sound in the way that feels best to you. \n \nPreregistration encouraged.\nCheck in time 6:45pm. Event begins 7:00pm.\n$35 Advance Registration/$40 Door\nIf you prefer to not use Eventbrite\, you can email sound@illuminatinghearts.love and we can add you to the list and you can pay at the door. \nChairs and blankets will be provided. If you so choose\, you may also bring your favorite props to create a comfy nest for the sound event: yoga mat/blanket/bolster/pillow. Children aged 12 and up may attend. \n\n\nThis event is unique in that you get to choose to engage with the sonic architecture as you choose. What is distinctive to this immersion is that you can choose to sit and watch\, or walk around and let your body move or dance\, or bring a comfortable mat or blanket to lay down in a restful internal journey. How you experience the sound is up to you. If you choose to watch\, rather than seeing it as a performance\, know it is a collaboration with vibration and the instruments are actually playing us. \nSound Alchemy is an organic\, restorative\, multi-instrumental sound immersion time machine creating a supportive space for you to renew and reconnect to your bio-intelligence. Our sonic architecture\, the “cathedral of sound\,” pulls from over 100 instruments representing musical traditions from around the world\, such as the gong\, didgeridoo\, flute\, drum\, shruti box\, singing bowl\, hand pan\, bell\, voice\, and more. Bring your favorite blanket\, yoga mat\, pillow\, whatever you need to make a comfortable nest. If you have attended an Illuminating Hearts sound immersion before\, please bring your mindfold/eyemask. If this is your first one\, you will be provided one. We will provide the tea and cups\, but if you want to bring your own travel mug\, feel free. \nWhat’s the refund policy? \n\nWe refund cancellations in full received 24 Hours or more notice in advance of the event. Any cancellations we receive with less than 24 Hours notice in advance of the event will not be refunded. Read our full event policy. \nWill there be filming or recording at the event? \nWhen you enter an Illuminating Hearts (IH) event\, you enter an area where photography\, audio\, and video recording may occur. Read our full event policy\, including a notice of filming\, video and photography. Upon entering the event\, you agree to our event policy and effectively release IH\, its illuminators and collaborators\, and each and all persons involved\, from any liability connected with filming or recording.
