Experience the magic of the gong and deepen into mindfulness and heartfulness. Bring a friend! \nWe start our time out together in simple instruction of metta meditation with an intention on loving-kindness; we then lead the group through a gong immersion experience while you meditate. Orion\, Astara and Frank will each play a singular gong placed at the front\, back\, and side of the room to encompass you in layers of resonant organic surround gong sound.  Meditate on the threshold of a new era of cooperation\, connection and love. On that farm\, Frank’s mom instilled in him compassion and kindness for the earth and all living beings.  He was raised with a grounded\, practical approach to life that shines through in his classes.  The connection to his Self that he experienced in his first yoga class on August 7\, 2013 hooked him and he kept coming back. He fell in love with the attention to breath\, combined with movement and the meditative aspect of focusing on the body found inside the practice of yoga.
