Together they will share a gong meditation with you — as Astara guides you into your heart gate — into the center of your electromagnetic field! \nThe heart holds the highest concentration of electromagnetic energy that you are made of. We call the heart gate the zero point beyond time\, or the source field\, or the quantum field. Once you enter the gate of your heart\, you can begin to connect with your body more deeply and heal in a profound way.
