Journey with us into a new expression of freedom found in the heart. \nAstara writes in How the Stars Tell Time\, “I can ask better questions like ‘What lesson can I learn here?’ or ‘How can I respond with more compassion?’ Such a bold step of accountability takes skill building and lots of practice\, yet it helps me liberate myself from illusionary fears that bind me. In this way\, responsibility is the ultimate freedom.” The multi-frequency magic of the gongs helps dissolve the noise in and around you\, helping you on the longest journey you’ll ever take: the 18 inches from your head to your heart. The heart is the seat of your power — the highest concentration of electromagnetism in your body or field. Liberate yourself from the limitations of the head brain and journey from a win-lose metric into a win-win world centered in the heart brain. \nWe lead the group through a gong immersion experience to support you while you meditate.
