Is there a course kick-off event at the start time? \nThe course begins on 2/15/20 at 9am. This is when the first module is released to the registrants. There is no specific event at this time. The first Zoom review session with Astara and the cohort is 10 days after the course start. This course is asynchronous and intended for you to take at your own pace from the comfort of your home. \nAre there minimum age requirements to participate in the event? \nAs a series for deep soul work and meditation\, ages 18 and up may attend.
