This is a magical collective time where we can connect to open our mind to what is beyond the reach of our eyes and instead see with our heart\, our core\, and inner vision. \nThe instruments help dissolve the noise inside you that is not you\, allowing more flow and ease in your system. With the help of cacao and sound\, throw old outworn stories onto the bonfire of your heart. \nMichaela will lead us through the medicinal gifts of cacao as we ceremonially sip the cacao together\, preparing our bodies for heart opening. During the cacao ceremony\, Astara and Orion’s cathedral of sound creates sonic architecture for you to turn inward and reconnect to the magnificence of your heart\, body\, and soul. The cacao in combination with the sound is vibrational medicine that acts as an attunement\, bringing you into accord or sympathetic relationship with the frequency of love that you are made of. Having a deep appreciation for the more gentle (yin) side of yoga\, she has since obtained certifications in the practice of Yoga Nidra and Pranayama & Meditation with ShivaShakti School of Yoga & Healing Arts\, and is currently completing trainings in Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga & Slow Flow. \nKnowing that yoga can be intimidating\, Maggie teaches that yoga can be accessible for everybody; it is simply a matter of finding what works best for each individual. Learn how to welcome magic and miracles into your life and let the Sound Alchemy heal and renew you. Step into the miracle zone. Discover the four technologies of magic. Generate a delicious vibrational upgrade in your body and field! Alchemize your being.  \nWhen life gets noisy\, sometimes the best thing you can do is tune inside and listen to you. The instruments help dissolve the noise inside you that is not you\, allowing more flow and ease in your system.\n \nSpace is limited. Preregistration encouraged. Ages 12 and up.\nCheck in time 6:45pm. Event start time 7:00pm.\nAdvanced Registration $40/$45 at door \n \nDress comfortably. Bring your favorite yoga mat/blanket/bolster/pillow to make a comfortable nest. If you have attended an Illuminating Hearts sound immersion before\, please bring your mindfold/eyemask.
