Frank will lead us through breathing exercises to clear the mind and cleanse the body\, preparing for a journey inward. Meditation techniques used in this session include the use of chanting or toning combined with visualization to connect to your inner wisdom and guidance. Appropriate for all levels. \nDuring the breakthwork led by Frank\, Astara and Orion’s cathedral of sound creates sonic architecture for you to turn inward and reconnect to the magnificence of your body and soul.
