With the help of cacao and sound\, throw old outworn stories onto the bonfire of your heart. \nMichaela will lead us through the medicinal gifts of cacao as we ceremonially sip the cacao together\, preparing our bodies for heart opening. During the cacao ceremony\, Astara and Orion’s cathedral of sound creates sonic architecture for you to turn inward and reconnect to the magnificence of your heart\, body\, and soul. Energize and move some much needed energy before your work week. If you feel like shaking your groove thing to the drumming\, shake it. We will provide over a dozen drums and rhythm makers of different types. Bring a drum if you have one. No drum experience necessary! \nWe will also provide a supported dream journey to round out your evening with us. Beginners and advanced journeyers welcome. DESCRIPTION:(Please note: The August drum circle is located at a new location: Bancroft Street Market. The September Heart Beats Drum Circle is located at Five Elements Veterinary Alternatives office\, but all remaining Drum Circles for the year from October through December will be at Bancroft Street Market as well) \nCome and drop into the rhythm of your heart\, of life\, of the community. Illuminating Hearts and Five Elements Veterinary Alternatives are co-hosting an ongoing drum circle. Entrain back to the vibration of the earth and your body for better health. Energize and move some much needed energy before your work week. If you feel like shaking your groove thing to the drumming\, shake it. We will provide over a dozen drums and rhythm makers of different types. Bring a drum if you have one. No drum experience necessary! \nWe will also provide a supported dream journey to round out your evening with us. Beginners and advanced journeyers welcome. You can choose to come to the first meeting 8/11/19 without reading. If you come to subsequent sessions without having read the first portion of the book\, you will not be able to get as much out of your experience!
