Enjoy an energetic spring cleaning of your heart and mind! \nWe start our time out together in simple instruction for this guided meditation\, inspired by a Buddhist wisdom practice to meditate on the nature of death while very much alive. As we invite the right inner conditions through meditation and personal awareness\, we surrender to the impermanence of life\, bringing balance and inner peace. Inside this awareness practice\, we access our eternal nature and rebirth ourselves to live more vitally in the now.
